Now a days most commonly used words are either artificial intelligence or leadership. Today let's talk about leadership because I really pity on those whose only attempt is to suggest use of AI in process. But they fail to answer how? However let's comeback to leadership.
People who talk about leadership are mostly self proclaimed leaders. When things are working fine they take the credit. But when chips are down or in situation where it is really required to show the leadership qualities , they will hide behind the curtains of hierarchy.
